Let's introduce another term to our ever-expanding vocabulary. This week's term is 'Microlearning.'
Microlearning is an alternative to the more widely-known computer-based synchronous or asynchronous learning. For example, online learning involves allotting a set amount of time in front of a computer or device. This can be quite detrimental to employees who are always on the go and have no time to sit in front of a computer (ex. field sales personnel, retail merchandisers, etc.) .
For more information, here's a short video about microlearning from our friends over at the Customer Delight Academy. Cheers!
